Registration & Pricing

• At any time, a registrant may choose to transfer their registration to another person for a CAD $36 transfer fee.
• If you cancel your registration before June 15 you will receive a refund for all Conference Registration and Workshop charges less a CAD $36 cancellation fee.
• If you choose to cancel your registration after June 15 and before or on July 16, you will be refunded 20% of your conference registration and workshop charges.
• Conference Registration and Workshop chargescannotbe refunded after July 16.

Important Registration Dates: Early Bird registration for regular attendees ends on May 30, 2025, while Early Bird pricing for students is available until June 30, 2025.

Code of Conduct: The WDA will adhere to our Code of Conduct during the conference. Please familiarize yourself with the document.
